Mental health problems are increasing. 1 in 10 of children aged 5-16 have a diagnosed mental health condition. We know that 50% of all mental health problems are established by the age of 14 and 75% by the age of 18 (Kessler et al 2007 & Young Minds 2019). The rationale for early intervention is strong.

The Decider Life Skills and The Decider Life Skills Good2Go offer a whole school approach to proactive mental health.

Decider skills empower children and young people by helping them recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, allowing them to monitor and manage their own emotional and mental health.
